Getting a bit dated but was in a good location. Bar area was great.
Unfortunately our room was between the elevator & gym. Builders were renovating on the upper floor so it was very noisy until all hours of the night.

I had an exceptional experience staying at Crown Plaza IHG Perth. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless and efficient.
My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city skyline. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Perth. The amenities in the room, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped bathroom, and thoughtful touches, made my stay incredibly comfortable.
The hotel’s facilities are outstanding — I enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool, working out in the fitness centre, and dining at the onsite restaurant, which offered a delicious selection of local and international dishes. The service throughout the hotel was consistently attentive and friendly.
Located conveniently in the heart of Perth, Crown Plaza IHG Perth provided easy access to major attractions, shopping, and transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
Overall, I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Perth for anyone visiting Perth. The combination of excellent service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning!

Good location by the river and close enough to town and key city roads. Nice breakfast offering.
Parking is a rip off. Turns out it’s free on a Sunday so parked on the road for free. Dinner service was not great / not great choice or quality compared to breakfast. Family room was very tight / small compared to some family rooms we have used so be aware of what you are getting.

The location was perfect for us and the room, which we had upgraded was lovely and comfortable.
The breakfast was a little bit hit and miss, the fruit bowl had bananas that were well out of date and we had a few problems with the coffee machine . Also we are still waiting for the 90.00 bond to be released back to us, it’s now Wednesday evening and we checked out on Saturday.

Room spacious and bathroom with bath superb and extras great also - even iron and board in room.
It would have been really nice to have had a couple of biscuits in packet to have with a cuppa particularly when in from a 17 hour flight, without having to go downstairs. Also- drilling taking place in hotel so unable to sleep until later in afternoon. This could not be helped as renovating.
