In the city location
Unfortunately we were on the first floor no lifts so had to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs with no assistance. Staff were not very helpful.

Loved the new upgrading of rooms
New upgrade of rooms new paint smell was a bit much. Aircon didn’t work. Room was hot!!!! Very uncomfortable sleep?

Housekeeping failed to clean the room 2 days in a row. The room was not vacuumed properly/at all - the same ball of hair was on the carpet for 5 days. The front desk staff were generally obliging, but Sara was arrogant and rude and shouldn’t be in a client-facing role.
