I got woken up in night by loud knocking & raised voices not sure if guests or staff but seem to be quite heated then also recall loud cars in carpark that also woke me up

Some areas hadn't been cleaned properly. Most times we have stayed there the rooms are very clean, this time this one was not.

The only light in the bathroom ran the fan, which is necessary when you use the shower. It was very loud, therefore we did not use the bathroom light.

Staff generally friendly and meals affordable.
Sent to a room at the back of the property where renovations or property completion work - painting - was still being done.
Was relocated to a better room closer to reception on request however forced to pay $20 extra.
Was also advised by the front desk that it was 'safe' to walk to the nearest supermarket in the late afternoon which in my opinion was inaccurate advice as I didn't feel safe and it seems neither did the supermarket because they kept their door closed, not easy to find when one expects a supermarket door to be open.

Location was excellent, parking was behind a secure gate. Pool and seating around the pool was good to read a book. The bed was comfortable, TV was ok. I didn't use the laundry facilities but were there.
Restaurant and bar onsite which I didn't use.
The cleanness of the room and facilities inside the room does need attention. I saw the room cleaners working so hard - time restricted them to do the basic's and get rooms ready. This facility should perform deep cleaning which is outside of the routine room service. I couldn't open the sliding door to the balcony, shower tap was falling off the shower fixing, dust over the corner walls. I stayed because of the location of this accommodation was was not deluxe; kitchen facilities was incomplete

The pick up from the airport and the book in was fantastic. Toby who collected us and checked us in was brilliant. Really great to have someone that made us feel really welcome after a very long flight into Perth
Not enough power points! The only power points easily accessible to charge phones & devices etc were in the kitchen (Room 2101)

Poor
Due to the issues encountered below, the two staff members who assisted me were extremely helpful. The young lady, Maria, who did pick me up was very apologetic and brought me a nice hot coffee. The young gentleman who came to my room was also extremely apologetic, and said breakfast was on the motel.
Overall, the rooms are very pleasant although I dislike a heavy glass sliding door into the bathroom area.
Extremely disappointed with the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I phoned at approximately 3.00pm on the day of my arrival and asked for a shuttle service. Yes, ma'am, no problems, about 20/25 minutes. At 50 minutes I had to ring again and see what the delay was. The young lady did not know anything about my shuttle request. Finally the shuttle arrived after 90 minutes from my initial call. Then, when I got to my room the air conditioner was on (it was a freezing day) and the tv would not work. A very helpful gentleman came to my room, got the tv working (possibly to do with someone using a play station and not returning a button behind the tv to normal setup) but he decided to change my room as the heating would take too long to heat up. To cut a long story short, from the time of my initial call for a shuttle to finally arriving into my room, the time was 3 hours!!! It was Perth's coldest day for 50 years or so and it was raining. It seems when a changeover of staff occurred I was forgotten!!!
