It was beautiful, the room was well designed, and the location was great. It's nice to be in such an historic building as well.
It can be quite confusing to move around the property as it's quite labyrinthine. And no shaver was provided - would have been great had they provided such things.

Beautiful hotel, seamless check in, spacious room, attention to detail. Their staff was exceptional and breakfast was superb.

We excellent stay would definitely return love the facilities and the pool and the little sauna downstairs were amazing. Highly recommend this place although it’s expensive it’s definitely worth it.
I found the bathtub is a little small. They could’ve been a bit larger so me and my husband both fit in there at the same time. Also, the Shambala was actually closed the weekend we were there so that was a little disappointing as I was really looking forward to a massage but can’t have everything.
