beds were comfortable
there were no handtowels in the room and only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 6 night stay. Only 4 teabags also for a 6 night stay. Staff were wonderful.
Fill the ice container so there is ice for when people arrive

The room was very large. The Internet connection was very good. The location was close to the CAT free bus lines. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value staying here.
Check out was at 11 am and I would have liked 12 pm. A exercise room would be nice to use.

Excellent service - front desk was staffed all the time, staff were friendly and professional. Housekeeping service was good - I like that they didn't change towels that were hung up but did the ones on the floor. Amazing value for money considering the location - 10 min walk to Perth station and Elizabeth Quay
The hotel is located on a business street, there is literally nothing outside office hours (but still safe). Facilities are very basic

The staff at the receiption desk are warm-welcome and helpful.
The location is good, walkable to the places that I planned for walk-tour.
The room is clean, spacious and comfortable for a solo traveler. And there is self-service laundry which is pretty convenient.
on my last stay of the night, I could hear the sound of toilet flush next room, which was a bit loud. Generally speaking, it was a great stay for my 5 nights.

It was well located on St George's Terrrace. Staff were very friendly
The room size is deceiving - the listing showed 40sq meters but in reality it was way smaller. Bathrooms were not the nicest either

Very nice and spacious studio with very large windows, giving lots of light. The kitchenette was useful, as I was able to make my own breakfast and have lunch. Very comfortable bed. The location was great: a few minutes walk from Elisabeth Quay, Hay Street, Woolworth's and sightseeing locations. The weather was very warm during my visit (sometimes over 35 degrees), but the air conditioning always kept the room pleasantly cool. The staff at reception and the cleaning staff were very pleasant and professional.

Location to many restaurants, s/market, bottle shop. Main shopping Malls and free CAT transport around the city fringe. The stop right outside the door. Train/bus station within easy walking distance.
No windows to open for fresh air (nothing like a bit of fresh air) but there is air conditioning.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Housekeeping was very thorough. In-room kitchenette and complimentary guest laundry facilities are a big plus.
Just my personal taste, but I think the grey and red decor made the room seem small. The very small window looked out on a wall with other small windows. Bathroom had a strange layout with the only towel rack on the far side, opposite the shower and an almost nonexistent vanity.

The place was close to a range of cafes and restaurants. Dome, which opens at 6am for breakfast each day, is about 30m away. The room size was great, shower worked well, and bed was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
The room had a small single window, which only had a view of a roof/lightwell. There were stairs at the front without a ramp to take gear on wheels up. There was a disabled lift at the front, but I never want to fiddle around using those.
