The pool and pool area. Close distance to a few grocery items and several eating places. Friendly obliging cleaning staff.
One of the 2 seater vinyl lounge chairs was in very poor condition. A large patch of its surface was quite worn off. Not a good look! We did not use the dishwasher due to an unpleasant smell inside it and lump of brown caked on dirt? Food mess? in the bottom of it. The shower head seemed to be full of gunk. A lot of water collected on shower floor and would wet quite an area of the bathroom floor if care not taken. I think the property is in dire need of revamping. It's very noisy due to its position. Double glazing may have reduced noise from traffic and other tools maybe. There were some very noisy guests staying just above us. Moving furniture around, talking in very loud voices playing music. Fortunately not late into the evening but I was tempted to complain to management none the less.

Road noise from highway too much
We stayed for a week and the room was to have a full service done once but we had to ask staff daily for things like fresh towels, bathroom paper and milk, thus was annoying as we paid a good price for the week.
The staff were very nice.
Probably a good place to stay for one night really in my opinion.

Location for where we needed to get to was good
The pool area was nice
We booked months in advance a two bedroom apartment
When we arrived we had a two bedroom disabled apartment
No towels in the room so we had to go and get from reception
Beds were so uncomfortable

Room was clean and comfortable. Basic, but suited our needs. Checking in, the service was fantastic. Hotel is central and close to everything. Semi self contained apartments with good security.
Breakfast was included in the price, but...it was very average. No kettle, strange coffee machine with no instructions, cool pancake machine (empty bag), dry bread and croissants. 1 large communial round table was different, but okay.
