Convenient location and comfortable accommodation.
Also worth noting that the adjacent restaurant, Yefsi (a family-run Greek restaurant) provides first class food for lunch and dinner - highly recommended.

I had the worst experience ever. I specifically booked and confirmed a late check-in at midnight, but when I arrived, the access card didn’t work and the door wouldn’t open. It was freezing outside, and I had to call for assistance to get the door opened remotely. After verifying my identity, it took 15 minutes before I could even enter the building.
But that’s not all — when I reached my room, the room door wouldn’t open either! It turned out they had completely forgotten to program the access card. After another 25 minutes of remote troubleshooting and reprogramming, I finally managed to get in.
So in total, I spent over 40 minutes standing and waiting — first outside in the cold, then inside the lobby — just to get into my room.
The next morning, when I mentioned this incident to the reception while requesting a late check-out, the staff simply replied, “Oh, okay,” without a single word of apology or concern. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.
The only positive note goes to the night admin who answered the call and helped unlock the doors at midnight, thanks to her.
Overall, this was an appalling experience and reflects terrible management. Zero stars.

The lady at the front desk was friendly
Bedroom had a commercial carpet/mold drier left in it, one of the lights/sensors continually changed color all through the stay, the bed was uncomfortable, there was a pair of kitchen tongs left out used on the bench as we arrived, all in all it was a very disappointing room.

Great location, beautiful French cafe next door. Room was comfortable
I don't mind paying a bond but I had several minor issues that didn't warrant a bond being paid including a broken door, window and flyscreen that wouldn't close, dirty cutlery and crockery. I was also unable to call reception from the room phone. High traffic areas like handles and light switches were dirty. Staff did offer to get the door fixed during our stay.

Great little French coffee and partisserie 20 steps from hotel. Easy walking to Yagan Square, bus and train depot and CBD. Also some very good hotels and eateries in walking distance to hotel.

Good location, big room, many amenities.
Housekeeping is a bit inattentive – I found two pizza slices in the microwave upon check-in and I requested for it to be cleaned. I grew tired of waiting so I wiped it clean myself.
