location
the room was filthy dirty. Stained carpets, stained kitchen floor, dirty coffee spills and stains down the kitchen island bench wall. The tiles on the bathroom floor need a serious clean. The cupboards in the bathroom were falling apart and warped.

Close to everything and easy to get into the CBD
Our room although great was tired - needed new bathroom cupboards and refresh and the kitchen was only averagely stocked with cutlery etc. Also carpets could do with an update.

Location, size of apartment, restaurant are all great, facilities on offer are excellent. Parking is secure.
The property is in need of refurbishment, and the apartment requires a good clean. Balcony furniture was rusted out and broken.. We are also still waiting for our bond to be returned. We love the location and parking, but it just needs a good refurbishment.

Location close to the convention centre. The staff were very helpful.
It was expensive. Charge you for a late check out. The room layout is very impractical the design is poor.

Spacious area with the included lounge and kitchen leading into the bedroom . Clean gym, pool and sauna with clean towels being provided . Nice and friendly staff who were able to help when needed and a reasonably priced restaurant who delivered room service. Was easy getting in and out and was overall all a good place to stay located right in the heart of the Esplanade

Was a beautiful room staff added a topper to the bed to make it more comfortable for me as last time I found the bed a little hard. Great location has everything u need for the weekend away
No usb would be handy and couch is a little itchie material but beside that was awsome

Good location and very comfortable
Parking was an ongoing issue. We had a vehicle 2.5 high and all available parking was only 2.1 We parked in front of the building but were constantly harassed about moving it. This was not pleasant

Wonderful
Its a good hotel. Good size room and adequate storage space. Well located, its just a very short walk to dozens of coffee shops and restaurants as well as most of the big office buildings in downtown Perth. Very quick stroll to the beautiful swan river.
