It's located on top of Elizabeth Quay bus station and next to the train/underground station . It's just few minutes walk to popular Elizabeth Quay water front where weekend festivities are held and perfect evening stroll before calling the day. The staffs are courtesy and responsive to request made.
Everything in the room is dated and worn/torn. Chips at the kitchen counter and bathroom cabinets,; dark spots and marks all over the carpet; the sofa is so worn that don't feel bouncy when sitting. The only good thing about the room is the bed, big and comfortable.

Good location, nice to have washer and dryer, large space
We had to ask for more towels on arrival (I guess they only expected one guest per room) and fortunately I did not plan to cook since the kitchen equipment is very limited - hopefully they have additional equipment for long term guests. No paper towels for kitchen or Kleenex in bathroom. And definitely due for an update - peeling cabinet laminate in bathroom etc.

Exceptional
This is a nice, comfortable apartment hotel in an excellent downtown location. The Elizabeth Quay bus station (a hub for many lines) is next door, and the subway station is just beyond that. You can easily walk to Elizabeth Quay, and there are plenty of restaurants, several museums, and a couple of grocery stores within a few blocks. Downtown Perth is safe and beautiful.

Friendly Service, location for what I required was good
The room smelt when I got in there, but they were running a small system to get the smell of fatty, oily food being cooked.
The glass doors on the bedroom cupboards had hand marks over them.
The TV's are old and not new technology

Fourth floor comfortable apartment with everything I needed. Kitchen with all essentials. Location convenient for my purposes opposite the convention centre and short walk to city. Pool was heated so usable on cold days.
The shower wasn’t so good. Positioned over the bathtub and without any door or curtain so water splashes out onto the floor. Temperate control poor - either too hot or too cold. Note room only cleaned once every four days unless specific things requested.

The location and accessible facilities were absolutely terrific. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and obliginging.
Housekeeping claeaned our room on Sunday morning which was terrific but did not remove the rubbish including a meal tray. The only thing they removed were the cans and bottles with a deposit. Not really a complaint. A vending machine and availbable newspapers would be great.

brilliant location very comfortable bed view of the busy street below the 2nd member of staff was incredibly helpful, she arrived and took over from the very slack younger unhelpful guy to begn my stay. she however went out of her way to assist me when i could not access necessary information on my phone.
full of screaming teenagers there on a tournament, yelling at each other in passage ways, and lift. greeting very poor. very wet asked where to get a coffee and the desk clerk advised have t walk in rain to anything. most all shut as it was sunday. never advised to use menu log or door dash, however when i did menu log provided huge meal choices and delivered. desk guy useless
