Great location, well equipped apartment and very clean.
Helpful staff on reception who rearranged our transfer due to a delayed flight.
Bit lacking in storage space in the bedroom area.

Pleasant
Rooms were reasonably clean with ample spaces.
Pools were small. A bit noisy when children were in the pool especially in the evening.

Construction of units at the rear of building made it noisy and not very private during the day as well as noisy guests at the front of unit around the pool.

Pool and Location
Our apartments were not on same level as promised. Too many stairs to climb with baggage. Noisy at night.

Great location , friendly & helpful staff, big spacious room, warm pools, parking available in hotel area for free.
Loved the pools but they definitely need some maintenance done as there’s some aging

Great location in heart of the main strip. Parks, beach, restaurants all in walking distance. On site parking garage.
Bit noisy, workers started work on nearby roof around 6:30am. No elevator.

Super handy, clean and spacious. Nice Mediterranean vibe be. Very friendly staff.
Quite a few stairs (three flights), and shower a little slippery. Needed to be careful. Not ideal for older people or young kids

On arrival, we felt so welcomed by Alana at reception. She kindly gave us early check-in and helped us with recommending some tours. The hotel is very clean and in the best location, in the middle of town. I also found it great value for money. Highly recommend!

The villa was located in the heart of Port Douglas, close to Four Mile Beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The villa was perfect for our 4 night stay. I look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.
It was a little struggle carrying our very heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs ?. We obviously over packed!

Affordable, clean & tidy, relaxing and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Close to every thing and such a beautiful complex. We absolutely loved our stay here & will certainly be back frequently.
Nothing not to love here.
