Disappointing
Beds were comfy, well equipped kitchen , table tennis and pool table were great.
No air con on our last day and night. Ceiling leaking so dryer kept tripping out so we had to take wet clothes home. Tried to sort things out with the owner but after giving us one room to sleep in (there were 7 of us) and offering us a free breakfast when we had already left he was not willing to talk any further and hung up on my husband twice. I dont think mouldy pillows, leaking roof, no aircon, dirty vents live up to the price we paid and the penthouse label. This is not a place I would recommend.

Large house, lots of facilities. Decent beds, decent wifi, nice bathrooms and small but nice balcony. Close to four mile beach and daintree national park.
Unclear and a bit rude communication around check in and check out, had to call multiple times and eventually the keys were left at a public place just out in the open? We also didn't get any info about the house. You would expect more when you pay about 3000 AUD... Pool wasn't too clean, and is shared with multiple other apartments (which is fine but not clear from the listing). Only 1 parking spot for an appartment of 11 persons also seems a bit lacking.

Our family group of 9 spanning 3 generations loved the vast kitchen/dining/living room area. This provided space for great enjoyment and relaxation. The five bedrooms allowed for pleasant comfort sleep and it was amazing to have 3 bathrooms with soft towels and quality toiletries . The kitchen is well resourced with plenty of crockery, cutlery, platters etc as well as saucepans etc.. The shared complex pool was extremely clean and the buildings were surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens. It was a short walk to Four MILE Beach to watch the sunrise every morning. This penthouse is in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Port Douglas.

The place is massive. You don't realise how big it until you get there. Had lots of things to do if it was raining (pool table table, table tennis, board games are just a few things. Short walk into town or grab a bus out the front. Mike and the team were very helpful

A fabulous Penthouse but getting a bit tired. Would have been amazing 5yrs ago Great location Lovely pool Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Available for your pick up for tours. Great kitchen with everything you would ever need. Great for a large group of friends with expansive living area. Had an amazing time. Would recommend for a group of friends.
The smallest bedroom had the water system in cupboard and was very noisy if anyone used water during the night Issues with noisy ceiling fan then electrician left air conditioner off. Fridge ice maker kept freezing up. The information sheet could have more detail. The information on booking.com a bit vague as didn't say pool was shared with the complex, the number of stairs up to it, tiny balcony, and how bathrooms were situated- ensuits and shared bathroom. Doesn't say it is the Mediterranean Had to ring the manager several times for information. ,(His off sider wasn't very helpful .)

The beds are comfortable and configuration of beds was great for extended family vacation. The extras like games were great for the kids and pool was excellent.
The car space was extremely difficult to park a large car in but this is not really a problem at all as there is ample street parking behind.
