Absolutely perfect location in the centre of town. Beautiful heated pool. Free parking for car. Fluffy pool towel. The best staff we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Shannon was amazing

Great location walk everywhere. We had a ground floor apartment close to the carpark so it was easy to unpack the car. Staff very helpful and text to let us know how to collect the keys as we were delayed. Personalised attention.
Rooms a bit dated, shower didn't drain well and needed extra towels to mop up. Bed just okay, limited, small carparks.

Great location, close to shops , restaurants and supermarket.
No lifts so getting a suitcase up and down steep stairs was very difficult and a safety issue .

Just the location, it was at walking distance to all restaurants and four mile beach
I would NOT recommend this property for stay to any one. I wish there was an option of giving 0 stars to the property.
1. The staff only work from 9am to 12noon. I was not checked in throughout my 3 days of stay. The keys were just kept in the locker for self service. When i reached my room, the room was wide open, not even locked.
2. The next morning we had our tour booked at 7:30am. The hotel gates were locked and no one to open it. Even the phone to call the outside hours staff was outside the gate. We had to climb down to the basement and walk up the ramp to exit the property.
3. Self cleaning, no housekeeping provided
4. Do not trust the photos uploaded here.. the hotel does not look like the pictures at all.
5. There was an old lady who checked in after us and there was no staff to help here carry her luggage, I had to help her find her room and show her the way.
6. The hotel charged us 540$ for 2 nights. Unbelievable!!!! This was not worth at all.
I strongly argue to Booking.com to compensate for this issues we had.

Central location within walking distance to everything. Helpful staff.
Staff only on duty for limited time. I didnt need them much but found it odd . Room was nice but as a solo traveler I was a little uncomfortable that the door to my room was adjacent to the door to the hotel underground parking. They have an amazing photographer who makes a small pool look much bigger than it really is. Cleaning crew should look behind and under furniture, I found a chapstick.
