We had a lovely stay with no children which is a bonus. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. We had a pool access apartment which was so nice to be able to swim without walking too far. It was very quiet and the resort so very peaceful which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay again.

The pools were very clean. The rooms were spotless. The room safe wasn't working, so I called and they had it replaced the next day.
If I had to pick something negative to say, it would be the gym towels and water need replenishing more often.

Staff were friendly, resort was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Room was spacious and relaxing with ample air conditioning. Pool was clean.
Someone on duty should go and check the pool chairs to see if towels have been left on them. We had a pool accessible room, and there was one day two towels were left on the chairs right outside our room, but the guests were not in the pool - they had obviously left the towels on the chairs to dry or to reserve the chairs for later.
The gym could be better.

Nice fitted rooms, good A/C and ceiling fans. Great pool area surrounded by tropical plants and flowers.
Quiet, no kids.
Wifi was hot and cold. It worked better with Samsung phones than iphones.

What breakfast?
The room could have been a bit more spacious and did not appreciate to be expected to pay $5.00 to get a clean beachtowel as a replacement given the cost already paid for the accomodation.
