Very Good
Location handy to the main street but quiet.
Very bumpy driving in and out of car park. Gate into pool area needs some maitenance. Could have better signage for entrance as right on a corner on main road it is hard to turn into.

Wonderful
Ideal location, we could manage without a rental car because the beach, marina and shops were an easy flat walk. Lovely bedroom, wardrobe, ceiling fan and at night we opened the shutters to have air moving thru from the living area. having a bedroom was great because it meant the night owl could watch TV without disturbing me. Beautiful 4 mile beach was clean patrolled and great for a walk or swim. Recommend Reef sprinter half day trip to snorkel the outer reef and Lady Douglas river trip to spot crocodiles (snack drink and fun informative Captain commentary) Great balcony and lovely solar heated pool. Used the BBQ so convenient.
Unfortunately I hurt my foot on the pool decking it is time to replace some timbers. The shower drain is loose and needs securing so an accident or blockage doesnt occur. (Unit 3)

Very Good
Great location, no need for a car. Could walk to the main street in a 5 mins, and beach 3mins walk.
The unit was a bit dark and the mattress was very firm. So if you like a firm mattress, this is the place for you! This was such a small negative.

its close the main street
the pool is absolute filth. the filter was never on while i was there and the cleaner only cleaned the leaves out once in 11 days. The couch in the apartment was also filth. i was not happy

Location car parking and air-conditioning
Shower leaked everywhere and could stand on a dry mat as it got soaked.
Bed was uncomfortable and had a broken centre support beam that creaked when trying g to get comfortable. Could see its had a dodgy repair that has failed.

Location was great, easy walk to Macrossan St.
Furniture was not clean, couch needs a good clean I wouldn’t sit on it, fly wire on screen door was broken, oven door needs fixing. Didn’t use pool as it had lots of leaves/foliage in it.

Great location, close to main street.
Quiet area.
Lovely pool with afternoon shade.
Convenient underground parking.
On arrival, only one set of keys not 2 as stated on paperwork.
No laundry key available in apartment. Called and they dropped one off a few hours later.
Floors needed a good clean and mop. Couldn't walk around without shoes on.
Bed was too firm.
Unfortunately, due to humidity, the crockery and cutlery were moldy. Especially the plastics. We had to wash anything we wanted to use first.
BBQ needed attention as only 1 burner ignited and gas bottle nearly empty, so we didn't use it as we attended to.

Pleasant
The property location was very good, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Most of the holiday units are described as "boutique" and probably were when built. The Tropic Sands property is a bit old and tired. It needs some general maintenance and a makeover.
There were floods in North Queensland prior to and when I was there. This meant that no supplies were getting through and there was no fresh fruit or vegaetables and supermarket shelves were empty.

Lovely private balcony and clean apartment. Small but very nice pool. Short walk to amenities.
Couldn't use the iron as plug bent and wouldn't fit in socket. Nothing really to dislike otherwise.

Location and it was quite
Very dated and grubby looking, small bed, very uncomfortable couch, Austar remote batteries are leaking inside the remote. It seems the throw pillows may have been washed or wet when put on the bed and there was dirty stains on the sheets where they sat on the bed.
