Wonderful
Well stocked kitchen, ie Airfryer, nutribullet, lots of crockery and cutlery, Nicely decorated,

Disappointing
Location was good.
Standard of cleanliness was poor. Fans were very dirty and cupboard below TV for example was thick with dust.

Security on balconey poor. A robber could climb up the messy and untended side and easily break in. Weal latch on door.

The sugar and coffee sachets were really old & only 5 sugars there for a 3 night stay.

The Queenslander was a great location as it was 5 minutes walk to the Marina, Macrossan St and the beach.

Cooking facilities were okay. Kitchen equipment generally acceptable. Bed okay. Having a ceiling fan was good as we are not lovers of ac all the time.
Cleaning not perfect - partner had someone's toenail cutting stuck to his foot, not very nice at all. Place needs some TLC, some placemats would be good at the table, would protect the wood. Yes, it is near Macrossan Street BUT the opposite end to where most places e.g. restaurants, pubs etc, are. Outside furniture was too rusty to sit on, didn't want rust marks on clothes; the view was just of a fence with a few palms in front. Fridge possibly may need replacing or new door seals, often does not close properly. DVD player there BUT no control, and not connected, very disappointing.

Perfect location five minutes walk from the main strip of shops, restaurants and cafes. Comfortable and booking agent was very easy to deal with and super nice.

Staff were unbelievablly helpful. Accommodation excellent and location brilliant.
The water dual head tap in the kitchen sink was damaged and spraying out water everywhere unless I held it.

The property was located very close to main Macrossan Street. The apartment had almost all facilities including kitchen appliances which we liked the most.
Utensils could have been more cleaned and better quality. Also Liquid handwash instead of soap is preferred which was missing.

Wonderful
The location was perfect. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our room had everything we needed - lots of space, couch, table, kitchenWe had read previous posts and knew we needed to bring the basics (dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc)
The air conditioning was excellent.
The pool had enough room for 4 or 5 people to enjoy.
Check in and out was easy.

Superb location, central but quiet, easy access to all amenities and shops. Very spacious. Comfy bed. Excellent bathroom. Laundry a godsend. Safe parking in garage. Air conditioning effective. Staff very helpful in dealing with the occasional query.
Property quite tired and worn, especially the table, and the edges of kitchen cupboards. However this was probably reflected in the price which was competitive for a property of this size and location.

The central location
I was there for three weeks and the unit wasnt cleaned in that time, and I had the sheets changed once, in the last week of the visit.

Quite area and very close to the beach and central.
There was no flexibility with check in and check out time at all. Check in time was late in the day, and Checkout time was very early compared to other places.
