No breakfast provided. Location fine. Nice modern clean apartment.
Would have preferred a 2nd bathroom.

Very Good
Good space in rooms and comfortable.
There was some noise as we were near a pool fence that had alot of traffic so the slamming of the door got a bit annoying.

Pleasant
Beautiful location, room had a nice ambience / lovely big spa.
Pillows were terrible, there was no proper blankets for the evening just a sheet and a thin waffle throw type blanket.

Wonderful
Great location in a beautiful resort, aircon was already on for us when we got there which was a lifesaver, directions to check in were easy to follow.
2 rolls of toilet paper was cutting it a bit fine by the end of the stay but not a big deal

- We loved the pool.
- Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the ground floor and about 10 steps away from the pool.
-The beds were very comfortable.
-The washing machine and dryer were very handy for our family.
- The hotel restaurant was amazing, but a little pricy.. so the full kitchen came in very handy.
- We also knew the resort was far from town so we organised a bus pass for the stay with Excellence coaches, and that was a God send! it was like having an Uber. THey were great taking us wherever we needed to go in the area at pretty much any time of day. Even great to bring home groceries from coles. They took us to the wildlife habitat too which was very close.
- We stayed 7 nights, and therefore knew we didn't have a mid week service, but it would have been nice for that long a stay.
-It would have been nice to have a few cleaning supplies to help look after the apartment for the owners, instead of having to go out and buy our own, ie. dishcleaner (for things that shouldn't go in the dishwasher like plastics), sponge or dishcloth, clothes washing detergent as we had to wash their towels ourselves, maybe a bit of spray and wipe to clean benchtops and the bathroom sink.
- We were supplied salt and pepper but looked like the previous tennants supplied oil, foil and glad wrap, therefore we had about a days worth of these, but basics for the week would have helped, like coffee pods for the coffee machine, small bottle of milk for first day, olive oil, paper towels, toilet paper. Only one toilet roll was supplied. We had to buy our own and they don't come in short stay sizes. Maybe the next tennant will appreciate them now.
- The internet was very slow so we ended up using our own data/hotspotting.
- The resort itself wouldn't hold our bags before checkin or after checkout, but the really friendly staff at Driftwood Mantaray (seascape) let us keep our bags there. Wasn't a huge hassle, just an extra weird step.

The pool is the highlight of the hotel , this is our second booking at sea temple . Living and kitchen nice also . The bathroom exhaust fan does not appear to work properly . The mess in the bathroom of humid air and constantly damp when showering Is the only down side .
The swim out areas provides access for families but the down side to there drinking and smoking on there out door area continues in the pool . Cans of alcohol , smoking and vaping all in pool access area when you swim past the cove area and through it .
Drinks , being left from the day before and glasses on rocks , cans left on floor which then is collected by the pool water . People just not being tidy with putting there empty cans in bin .

Good
Property was good, comfortable and clean, with all requirements
The lights were not working had to call electrician twice to resolve, power shorted out a few times, which stopped dishwasher working, took me a while to work out the power had tripped before I was able to get it working.
No plug in the sinks made it difficult to wash up especially without a dishwasher

Loved the pool and the apartment was a nice size and quite modern and spacious. We enjoyed the outlook to the pool from the verandah. Seascape were also quite responsive to any queries we had.
Floors in apartment need a deep clean particularly in bathrooms and shower recessed as the tiles felt quite tacky under foot.

This place was amazing, we stayed in a two bedroom garden apartment very close to the pools.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans were also amazing.
If visiting Port Douglas use the shuttle buses they are super efficient and fast service. We stayed during 27th Dec -3rd Jan and used the shuttles to take our daughter to the New Years kids Disco.
The staff at the resort are awesome the restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is fine.
Overall at great stay.
During Dec weather be prepared for the pools to be hotter in temperatures. In saying that my wife and children loved the pool temperature they swam everyday.

All the amenities that you need in a place! Clean and easy access to the pool.
Knew where it was located but only downfall is it’s a little further out than some other properties. Not a big deal but will need a car. Did see a shuttle going around but didn’t use that!
Thank you for your information!
