Wonderful
Location was fantastic, right in the middle of town. Shopping, bars/restaurants all around you. Staff very accommodating. Apartment spacious and comfortable.
Couldn't lock one of the front sliding doors to the balcony.

Location was brilliant right in the middle of the Port Douglas main street so everything was easy to walk to. The apartment was modern and well fitted out. Showers were great. Paul was very courteous, professional and helpful.
The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach out apartment (#16). You could only use it close to reception so it was no use. However, the mobile signal (Vodafone) was good (although only 4G) so it didn't really matter. But if you'd needed something high-speed for work then you would probably have to move rooms or work outside the room.

Central location, quiet, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach & marina. Lovely apartment over looking the pool.
There are stairs, minimised by entry from the side Street & staying on the front apartments.

Location is great and the under cover car park always had a park available
Bed are very hard and had no blankets only a spare in the cupboard. Also had a nice looking coffee machine but no coffee to put in it. Also, beds were not made up as requested.

The unit had an odd configuration with neither of the bedrooms having windows to the outside. The deck was nice and the nighlight but very close to the neighbours (noisy).
Lots of steps up to the unit. None of the bedrooms had external windows - so were stuffy. The blankets were fake material and were very hot & no other method of being warm. There were absolutely NO SUPPLIES in the kitchen. No coffee capsules, tiny little milk, no salt or pepper, nothing. The staff obliged when asked but amazingly stingy for $700/night.
