Location is good. Rooms were very comfortable. Swimming pool was great for kids.
Didn't seem to ever be a lot of staff on duty, for that reason mainly we never tried the resort restaurant . It also seemed to be closed at odd times? Perhaps a staffing issue?

Activities for the kids like swimming pool and spa. Lovely pool area, really felt like it was in a tropical rainforest. Had great amenities like washing machine and dryer. The entry was stunning and easy location to find with ability to walk just around the corner to shops and beach
Beds werent overly comfortable but were the best out of the 3 places we stayed.
If I could make 1 suggestion it would be to have dining/bar onsite, however the tavern was right next door, they had lovely meals.

Resort was still recovering from the devastating floods which occurred earlier in the year and all but isolated Port Douglas due to the closure of roads. The gym was somewhat run down and there were no dining facilities as the kitchen has been closed since re-opening the accommodation. Nevertheless, our stay was totally enjoyable mainly down to the excellent service and attitude of Jodi who could not have been more help.
One of our party uses gym equipment daily and she was disappointed in the somewhat run down condition of the gym and equipment generally. Minor point really in view of the tough times the resorts in the area have experienced for the year so far. Other facilities were found in the town.

The resort is well situated, with a short drive from the main street of Port Douglas. The facilities were very good and I believe value for money.
Only there for a short time, so really don't have anything I could say I didn't like.

We loved the gorgeous pool at sunset, and the spotless, comfortable rooms. Such a relaxing stay. Staff were kind, genuine and very helpful.
