We loved the restaurant, pool and pool bar. Staff were lovely! Room was clean and had everything we needed.

The chef at breakfast was supremely helpful in meeting my dietary requirements (and dealing with a celiac pregnant lady). The breakfast also has a nice range of gluten-free foods.

The location is great, pool area is quite lovely but let down by lack of service. 1 person running off to collect meals and deliver them as well as running the pool bar
The rooms are not well equipped. No place to put your luggage except the floor. Only 1 single plastic out door chair to sit on in the room. Beds are singles put together to make a king size and very uncomfortable. The staff at reception were rude and unfriendly. My shower fell off the wall and hit me in the nose then the toilet broke. I would give this resort a miss.

Pool and location was great, staff also very friendly
The bed was very uncomfortable, it was 2 beds put together.
Also the cutlery in the breakfast room was not clean both times we ate there, but the food was very nice

The pool was great and the room was a good size.
Theyd scrimped on the essentials, the kitchen was poorly equipped, mattresses and sofa were very uncomfortable and the wifi nonexistent without a dongle.

Breakfast was great and only $20 each for buffet if booked the night before.
Bed was super comfy!
The room had a musty smell when we arrived., also a tiny bit of mould in the bathroom. It would have been nice if there were screen doors to open the room up to air out.
Other than that everything was clean and comfortable.
