Lovely renovated room, beautiful tropical gardens and warm swimming pool. Very well maintained property with secure parking.
Beds could have been more comfortable and soundproofing between floors isnt great.

Everything! Possibly because there are a number of permanent residents there, the pool area was always quiet and often empty. We loved having the pool to ourselves! Beautiful gardens and trees. Lift too.
A few basic kitchen supplies. Salt and pepper. We bought these supplies which we left for the next guests. Not a big issue.

Quiet a good location. We had our own transport.
Our apartment 6 was next to the gate that a lot of people used to come and go from the resort.

The staff were great. Swimming pool and BBQ complex was very well kept. The unit was comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The bonus of washing machine and dryer was helpful. Having a lift made our stay easy and enjoyable.
It would have been nice to have security screens on doors and windows on the common balcony. The people staying in the back bedroom felt nervous to leave the window open at night.

Nice apartments clean inside needed a bit more lighting does have a lift pool area nice well kept gardens 1.3kl from Port Douglas need a car to travel or you can walk beach across the road about 4 minutes not a bad place to stay
The Apartment was dark needed more lighting bed was okay obviously not a non smoking property otherwise okay

Poor cleaning + awful smell + rude staff
1. Dirty cutlery stored
2. Mould in bathroom
3. Trash in between sofa sits
4. Significant dust in fan, lamps, etc.
5. Spiderwebs throughout the bedrooms
6. Spoke to old man in reception (Amandas father) in regards to room cleaning his reply: Im not checking your room as my daughter have already checked it and I trust her.

Nice layout for a family of 4
Please note that if you are doing water activities, the apt complex does not allow hanging any clothes or towels etc on the balcony AT ALL. We did not know this before and it was very inconvenient as we did 3 reef diving day trips and would have liked to dry our items on the balcony outside. Also, we were unlucky in that our neighbor was a heavy smoker and the prevailing winds carried all the smoke into our unit. We could not keep the windows and balcony doors open despite the PERFECT weather. We were unit 22.

Very good value for money and good place if you plan to use it mainly as a base as opposed to looking for a resort holiday location. Good location and friendly staff. Nice but basic pool area

Superior room type was not as advertised. Whilst partially refurbished furnishings were dated. Bathroom/laundry was ensuite in size. Double bed was hard, single beds on rollers moved around too much making for an uncomfortable sleep. Floor was dirty ( not vaccinated or washed) & kitchen blind filthy dirty. Aircon didnt work.

Room was comfortable and clean guessing had been renovated had everything we needed as was self contained
Hard to find anything wrong to be honest maybe the shower head was abit low lucky we are not tall and the pillows could be abit softer

Kitchen is old and desperately needs an upgrade. A persistent mouldy smell from the dish-ware cupboard was a real turn-off. Lounge furniture should be upgraded.
