Wonderful
Great sized room. Friendly staff. Great swimming pools that were never busy. Quiet location. Even had a bit of a view of the mountains.
No complaints. Its a few minutes form town but with the swimming pools it would be fine for families as they have everything they need! If you have a car its easy to get to town etc.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the swim out pool. I highly recommend spending the little extra for the swim out pool, it’s absolutely worth it. The location is fantastic, with restaurants, a pharmacy, IGA and a bottle shop all within walking distance. The property also organised airport transfers which was very convenient and they offered a shuttle bus service to easily get in and out of town.

Swim out from room, we were on the sunny side of the complex there is no sun getting to the other side of the complex. We have stayed here for the last few years and only have the swim out rooms, either 1bed or studio but the room we had this time was looking a bit tired and jaded.
It could do with an update to the kitchenette and bathroom cupboards, no toaster in the room

Great room, and pools were excellent. we booked for the self contained aspect. We were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness, and the staff were very accomodating. The location was a little further away from the centre of town than expected, but we had a hire car so it was not an issue. We would be happy to stay here again and to recommend.
I am a coffee drinker, and as the resort is a little further out of town, I was glad for the coffee making facilities, I did find it a little disconcerting that we were required to purchase coffee pods for the remainder of our stay, each day. But this was the only slight on an otherwise fantastic stay.

Was happy mainly with facilities and room. It met our needs for a 6 day stay.
I thought the bedrooms were the highlight. Comfortable and clean.
First night discovered our TV would not stream because it kept saying no wifi and reconnect but it would not respond. Called the night person and they came by, but had no idea how to fix so said she'd log it. No one ever followed up. So it never worked.
Second major issue is the pool is not kept clean. Lots of vegetation floating in the water and the bottom is scummy.

Nice stay and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, seemed to be shoulder season so nice and quite.
Pool was full of leaves and bits and pieces that had blown in.

Pools, bbq areas and reception were good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy
Netflix not working on TVs, shower had no pressure.
Unless you are on the sunny side you can’t use the swim out pool as they are freezing and pretty dirty. I paid for a swim out room for my partners birthday but we couldn’t lie outside our apartment or use the pool as that side of the apartments is completely shaded and doesn’t get any sun
