We were on the 2nd floor with 3 very heavy suitcases and no lift.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Lovely pool which was a great temperature.
If you have mobility issues, make sure you ask for a room on one of the lower floors. Lots of steps to get to the 3rd floor. Didn't bother us though.
Only something minor but needed face washers in bathrooms.

Pool is a little small when badly behaved people are in it, the parents in some cases were as bad as the kids. Running, jumping and totally noisy.

Great location - 2 min walk to patrolled beach & Surf club, walking distance to shops & Marina. Comfortable size apartment - perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was a lovely temperature (solar heated). Balcony was a great size, complete with dining table & sun lounges. We enjoyed being among the treetops. Aircon & fans worked well. Great to have washing machine & dryer. Underground on site carpark was a bonus. Martin was very friendly & helpful - even let us check in early.
Bathrooms were a bit tired but clean & a good size. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine for us, but may be an issue for those less fit & able, as there is no lift. Some extra attention to cleaning areas like the kitchen cupboards & range hood are needed. Generally everything else was clean.

Location was great. The pool area is sheltered and a great place to relax.
For more comfort double bed should be upgraded and couches not very comfortable.

Comfortable clean apartment and large balcony for outside dining. Great foxtel and fast wifi. Overall a nice complex with very good pool and BBQ area. Close to beach and eating spots.
No elevator meaning luggage carried up 3 floors.

Location was perfect, so close to the beach and short walk to the main street. Pool was great, a few pool toys and deep and shallow areas. Didn't use it but BBQ located in pool area. Parking easy underground. There was also a collection of things you could borrow (chairs, umbrellas, buckets/spades, books and strollers) in the foyer. The stroller came in handy for our almost 3 year old that we don't often use a pram any more, but on the last 2 days of our holiday, he was very tired, so used to walk down the street for dinner. The apartment was spacious, tidy and everything we needed. Nice balcony, felt like we were in the trees and were entertained by (fruit?) Bats a few times in the trees.

Great location, very short walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Apartment was a good size, well equipped and very clean. Good wifi and large tv channel choice. Pool area was nice and well maintained.
Bathroom set up wasn't ideal with sliding louvre doors into bedrooms a bit strange, providing little sound/light proofing and no extractor fans in bathrooms.
