Rooms were close and one even had a bbq right in front which we used regularly. Quick access to the pool, the pool was fabulous, swim up bar excellent, unit good size.

The bar staff at the pool super friendly and give great service
Towels .. impossible to dry in your room need to be changed daily even if a surcharge was added.. I used the laundry dryer in the car park not ideal .

We had to accept an alternative room due to mould stench which was smaller in layout. Choose not to swim in pools as they were dirty.

Breakfast could have more variety and muffins weren’t great but staff were accommodating with providing take away breakfast when we we had to depart early on check out day.
Just small things such as checking the rooms as due to the rain or lack of use bedding and cupboards had a musty/mildew smell. Tea bags, coffee and sugar provided in room were all damp/appeared to need replacing.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean.
Pool area was under construction and some was unusable. Pool access from our apartment was closed so had to walk around resort to get there. Pool bar hours were limited and drink choices were very limited. No real food options available. We were not told prior to our stay about the construction. Played tennis however all the balls were broken in half do were unusable.

Location great. Staff were absolutely tops. 100%.
Bed not comfortable. Pillows changed for softer smaller size. Room always damp. Air-conditioning much too cold for me.
Walking to our rooms I could smell the damp in the hotel. Smelt like wet mattresses
