The stairs at the back of the pools leading up to street level but staff kindly helped getting luggage up and down to the room.

We had a swim up room which was good although the step in and out of the pool was a bit of a challenge! One of the rooms had hand rails but all other swim up rooms didnt. The location is by far the best aspect of this resort - you are right bang in the middle of the Main Street. The room we had was also quite generous.
Like a lot of places, it is a little tired but not overly so. Signs of wear in the rooms and the pools do really need a surface recoat as they look a bit blotchy. Probably the biggest gripe is no free wifi and the rather exorbitant price of it. Given the block construction, 4G/5G coverage is patchy at best (in our room anyway) which ironically meant I couldnt sign up for wifi anyway! In 2023, why hotels/resorts charge for wi fi is bewildering. Add $10 a day to the room rate or absorb the cost or something. It seems so last decade (or even the one before!) to be charging given this is not a cheap resort by any means.

Fantastic location. Amazing pool area. Room was much larger than I expected.
5 day stay and room wasnt made up once. Not even fresh towels. I didnt expect it everyday , but on a five day I atleast once.
