We stayed over Christmas and New year 2025 We had a brilliant holiday, The apartment was fully equipped with everything that was needed, Clean fresh towels in abundance, the bed was huge and comfy, bathroom was clean and the spa bath was lovely, Connie and Frank the new managers were happy to assist with anything needed,
We will be recommending this resort to all our friends and family as it was a peaceful haven with no kids.

Staff were great, very helpful, and the facility was in a great central location close to everything. There is free parking onsite.
The internet in our room was very poor, it kept dropping out and we gave up on it in the end. We stayed for 5 nights and bath towels and hand towels weren’t replaced at all unless we either paid to wash them ourselves or paid at reception for fresh ones.

The location was great and easy access to the pool was lovely. Spacious room.
The walls are very thin so you hear everyone going by. Also wasn't a fan of the louvre doors between the bathroom and bedroom - it doesn't offer any privacy.
The fan was noisy and the air conditioner was needing an update. A couple to lights needed new bulbs, but that was a minor issue.

The apartment is located right in the middle of the main street in Port Douglas. Everything is walkable and only a couple of minutes away.
As the listing says, there are a lot of stairs. It was not too big of a deal for us, but could be a problem if you are not able to carry your bag a distance.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable with all necessary furnishings.
Fit out was getting on a bit. Old TV, mismatched crockery, glassware and cutlery. Old cookware. No dishwasher. Having said that, there was sufficient for our needs and certainly didn't detract from our holiday.

Property is in a FANTASTIC location, right in the centre. Staff upon check in were outstanding and the space in the apt was brilliant. Entire experience was superb and would highly recommend this for anyone staying in Port Douglas!

Great location, facilities and the room was large. It was nice to have some space. A little noisy in the evenings from other guests but nothing outrageous, just noise traveling up the stairwells.
Friendly staff were really helpful.
Would recommend for a Port Douglas stay as the location is perfect. They also have underground parking.

Central to what Port Douglas has to offer - cafes, restaurants, shops and beaches.
Whilst the room was comfortable, it needs a bit of TLC! Dust on bedside tables and lamps and we were given a list of ‘what to do’s’ before we left or incur charges, including “excessive cleaning”!! What is that?? Basically do the clean- up for them!! eg: take the rubbish out, wash up and put away etc! Washing up we would always do, but taking the rubbish out??? Never had to do that before!!
We were in a room directly above a cafe (not related to Le Cher du Monde) which was a little under-whelming considering we booked in January and there didn’t seem to be very many other guests there! The room had tea and coffee for 3 cups each but we were there for 5 nights. No change of towels or room service of any kind!?!
There is no lift - which they did point out but only AFTER we had booked!!

Superb location on Main Street, quiet even though it was on Main Street, great wee pool, loved my stay here, would book again if coming back to Port Douglas.
