The boutique-style Hibiscus Resort and Spa features spacious suites and tropical gardens only 300-yards from Four Mile Beach. Lush property, perfect location, easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, marina. It was nice to have a bath tub. The front office staff were welcoming and very helpful. Thank you Angelique, Tommy and Hanna.
I was a little disappointed with my room. It wasn’t as fresh and modern as in the online photos. I did not think it was good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location was another big plus: just a short walk to town, making it super convenient for dining and exploring the area. The hotel also offers two pools, which is a great feature. Overall, a great place to stay with lots to offer, especially if you’re after comfort and convenience.
However, we found the water a bit on the chilly side, which made it less inviting for a long swim

We truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. I wished it was longer but we will definitely book again when we are back in Port Douglas. The area was great and the hotel was accessible to everything

Great Balinese vibe. Nice pools. Beds were comfy. Appreciated the chromecast on the TV. Walking distance to everything
Could do with some basics such as some oil for the BBQ, conditioner and hair-dryer in the bathrooms and a tissue box. . Some inconsiderate guests bring speakers to the pool. This could be better communicated that it is not OK.

It wasn’t a problem for us but it wasn’t clear that there were only steps to access the upstairs rooms from the overview. Some hooks to hang towels off the floor in the bathroom would be nice

Excellent location and very clean. The pool was wonderful (there was two, but we only swam in the 'back" one. The rooms were clean and spacious.
I felt it was a little rude having to purchase more toilet paper once you had used your quota for your stay. You were able to hear a lot of noise from the street at night.

Super comfy great room, pool was huge and lovely floating beanbags. Nice balcony setting with fan too.Great location walking distance 10 mins to the marina/harbour and 5 minutes to the main restaurants and shops.staff friendly and super helpful. They also help to book tours and have lots of information out on reception too.
