We loved the location, layout of the unit and the pool/BBQ area. The lady working reception was friendly and helpful.
The floor wasn't overly clean, we found it to be quite sandy. A couple of the bathroom towels felt and smelled like they had been used as massage towels.

Great pool, location and communication. They arranged transportation to and from Cairns for our family of 6 and suggested tours to see the Daintree rainforest (Daintree Discover Tours) and Great Barrier Reef (Quicksilver)The unit was spacious and clean and air conditioning worked well. FIY Our unit was a Self Catering Unit so you get a starter package but we had to purchase extra toilet paper and dishwasher soap. I would recommend staying here.
Some members of our group found the beds a little uncomfortable.

Good location, close to everything. Three bedrooms are perfect for our family of 6 to stay. Big living room & balcony , overall happy .
During our 3 nights staying for 6 people in a 3 bedroom apartment , they only provided 3 toilet rolls . By the time we realised the shops are already shut. Who would thought we need be awarded of toilet paper shortages ? - we feel it was really unreasonable.
Also hair dryer is pretty old , if you have long thick hair I would suggest to bring your own.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was also very quiet at night. The kids loved the pool.
The wifi didn’t work all week, the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived. Some of the kitchen equipment was also dirty.
