Beautiful pool area and the apartment was a great size for family of 6. Location was perfect
Upgrade the bathrooms in the apartments they are quite old

Location , swimming pool, clean room. 10 minute walk to main street. Would stay there again
No elevator. Sheets and towels were changed once in my 8 day stay

Great location near the beach and restaurants. One-bedroom was very spacious with full kitchen and laundry. Awesome balcony.
Receptionist helpful with booking transportation.
Rooms need an update.
Reception hours limited, but wasn’t a problem for us. Could provide some extra towels.

Pool were warm and not busy. Apartments were as described and better than expected . Manager was very warm friendly and helpful.
No bar or cafe on site or within 5-10 walk. Our apartment obviously hadn't been used for an awhile and smelt. Some sloppy cleaning, bins not emptied etc.

Receptionist was helpful
Aircon in second bedroom was not working and was unable to get fixed over the weekend. Unsure how you can rent these rooms out knowing the air conditioning does not work and we are in far North Queensland.
Internet was not allowing Netflix or other streaming apps to work there is clearly a firewall block.
Very minimal cleaning products available to keep the kitchen clean.
Everything was quite outdated and needs a refresh.
