Our family of 5 (parents & 3 college kids) stayed 3 nights. It was excellent! The owner & staff were friendly & helpful, the location was across from the beach and a few mins walk to restaurants, and the apartment was spacious and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, large spacious apartments. Very comfortably accomodate 6 adults and lots of room for our toddler to crawl around.

We had a very spacious two-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and even used the communal bbq. The location is fantastic - just across the road is the beach access to the top of four mile beach, or you can go the other way and do the coastal walk around the top of the peninsular. It is also just a few hundred meters from town so easy to wander in for a bite to eat or a drink at any of the many pubs & restaurants. Parking was a breeze as there is street parking right in front of a carpark as well. We'll definitely be back.

Loved the spacious size of the apartment, Bedrooms & Living area and the location was superb.
Kitchen was great, plenty of utensils, upper level outlook was really good and the showers were a delight.
Living area furniture is a bit dated as is the flooring.

Balboa apartments exceeded our expectations. The three bedroom apartment had ample space for the family to spread out with views of the beach and a short stroll into town. Would absolutely recommend and cannot wait to visit again!

Tony was very accommodating as our flight got cancelled so we arrived late .. then our fishing trip got changed so they helped with a late check out so we could shower on our return.
