Spacious Apartment, Location central in Broadbeach and close to the Beach, assortment of views from different rooms, large balcony, fully functional kitchen, foxtel and wifi, overall very pleasant, lovely hosts very helpful on check in and throughout stay.
Carpets not vacuumed thoroughly (plus many stains), require better block out curtains in bedrooms, noisy due to construction works (no fault of venue), pool out of operation, a few lights blown, balcony slider door very hard to open due to 'pressure/suction', on trying to rebook for 12 months time price hike of more than double for each day required even on non event days or low peak other times of the year.

Have stayed here a few times and have loved our apartments each time. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. The location is perfect. And the couple who manage Victoria Square are lovely to deal with.
Unfortunately the whole outdoor deck was closed due to a leak in the pool.
Whilst we realised this couldnt be helped, we were a little disappointed.
But, this hasnt stopped us from re booking again.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is great, opposite Oasis Shopping centre and close to the beach.
No POOL available. Sewerage and musty smell from bathroom.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and tram.
The property was a little outdated a few repairs need to be made in the room we stayed in. This was our second stay (a few years apart) and the pool was closed both times.

There is a new building being built outside work starts at 7 weekdays as the work is only just starting it is important to know. This was not a big issue for our family

Such a fantastic location right near the beach, shops and a huge variety of restaurants. The apartment was HUGE and we had beautiful beach views from some of the rooms. Having a full size kitchen was handy for cooking and two separate bathrooms made life with teenage boys a bit easier.
We really enjoyed using the beautiful pool, spa and sauna.
No free wifi, but I was told by the managers that it will be available soon.

this was my fourth stay at the apartments. Supplies need to be more plentiful. eg a three night stay with one lot of dishwasher powder
