Great location, awesome little vila type apartments. Secure parking and clean rooms, kitchen and living rooms.
Our code we received to use for the outdoor gate was not correct therefore, had to call afterhours assistance

The location to surfers paradise was great
It was suppose to be a two room apartment - it was bunk beds next to a kitchen??? The apartment needs lots of TLC - lots of maintenance and cosmetics to fix and update - not worth the price paid

Location was great, disappointing not able to use spa when advertised it can be used.
Range needs attention as elements burn very hot when on low.
Bed moving all time when sit on it or if you toss and turn alot. Needs breaks on wheels.

The manager Cai was very friendly & accommodating. Our flight arrived very early in the morning & he let us keep our bags on sight while we went out exploring even letting us check into our room at 10:30am. Cavill Ave is only 3 minutes walk away with all your restaurants & shops & the beach only 1 minute from the door. The rooms were spacious enough. It was very affordable so you get what you pay for. Location is what you're paying for as no car is needed, you can walk to everything with the tram 3 minutes away to take you to places like Pacific Fair for shopping or to all the theme parks. Definitely recommend for families.
