A homestay with a room in a home. Very homely and cozy. AMAZING location, close to Robina and cafes and meals etc. Maximum 30 mins from movie world etc. The homeowner is very lovely and helpful, and she has decked the house out to make check in easy (digital code to enter front door, no key needed).

Tiffany is an amazing host and the place is very well set up for guests, with individual access pin-codes, lovely kitchen and dining area, and a very comfortable room with a private bathroom (if you book that one). We felt really welcome, and appreciated the high standards of the hosts to maintain peaceful and quiet atmosphere for all the guests. If you are after a lovely and restful homestay while on holidays in Gold Coast, I can wholeheartedly recommend TL Warmest Homestay. IF HOWEVER you don't like respectful house rules, and perhaps you want late night parties, playing loud music and watching TV at night - this is not the place for you.
The place is lovely and very quiet, but because it's a house rather than a dedicated hotel or isolated villas, the sound insulation of the rooms is not the best. So, if you are lucky (as we were) with the other guests being as respectful of everyone's time there and being relatively quiet - you will have no problems. If however the other guests are loud through the night, etc, you will hear them and it probably won't be pleasant.

Very nice location, walkable distance to all facilities. Staff are really friendly and helped me alot in some days when I needed assistance. They slso upgraded my room to ensuite without extra charges

Made to feel very welcome . In combination with the available facilities and relaxed nature of the hosts made you feel as if you were at home. Beautiful home in a very natural and quiet location opposite a reserve.

The accomodation is very clean and is located in a quiet street. You can see stars in the sky at the evening. There is a bus station close to the accomodation. There is a shopping mall that can be reached by foot in 30-45 minutes. There is a convenience store in 10 minutes by foot.
During my stay, I cannot find anything that I didn't appreciate. Everything was good for me.

It was exactly what I hoped for in a shared accommodation. Because it was a residence the common spaces were shared but the hospitality was excellent.
Hard to find any faults. If you appreciate a clean well kept residence and do not have a problem with shared spaces then this was an excellent place to stay
