As usual facilities excellent - great spot, friendly staff, very good dining.
Sadly, for the first time in many stays we had issues. Room 411 was rather tired. Some maintenance needed - curtains in bedroom needed proper hanging, door stop broken on bedroom door, door handle broken on bathroom door. I was not happy sitting on the sofa - it made a dreadful noise and thought it might break - perhaps owners should visit.
First time we haven't been extremely pleased with our room.

Wonderful
Great location, walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Coffee shop open early across the road. Walking track right across the road goes along the esplanade for kms. Easy access to theme parks - 15 minute drive.
Not much at all, the dishwasher was a little damaged but worked.

We were on the 10th floor and had a magnificent view across the water. The apartment was a good size and there was a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge area however I found the pillows very hard my husband was OK with them
We arrived Saturday afternoon and the office didn't open until Monday there was no info how to use the cooktop I personally have an induction cook top but couldn't work out how to use it ... no instructions and even the handyman on Monday was at a loss how to get it working.The lady on the desk was obviously hasssled as she said she was only an employee and "she had a family"?So didn't want to hear any complaints I was also underwhelmed with the statement on the "welcome" sheet that check out was 10:00am and overstaying is charged at $1.00 a minute

Great view. Very spacious. Close to restaurants and playground.
The little things: not enough towel hooks in the bathroom; advertised as tea/coffee maker - no maker other than a kettle. Best to just state just tea/coffee.

The propertys location was good however the road noise was pretty bad
The beds were AWFUL!! Old worn out springs popped when you sat on bed
Tried to use the oven had it on for almost an hour and it never heated up
The windows above the bed were broken and did not close properly which max the whistle of the wind (on 12 floor) coming in all night was so annoying and very cold, the wind was literally blowing the blind out away from the window all night

Great Pool and good location
We were on the 2nd floor, so right above the bar/restaurant. It was noisy and there was live music nearly every night of our stay. I was unaware of this when I booked. Probably wouldn't stay here again for that reason.

The location is great, with a beautiful calm beach.
Pool and spa are fantastic.
Reception staff are lovely.
The couch really needs a clean it felt oily, very uninviting.
Beds, too soft.
