Fabulous location. Great facilities
Friendly staff and guests. Highly recommend to other guests . Very easy walking distances to town and facilities. Patrolled beach Rainbow Bay across road , quiet and not too busy . Best Whanau holiday for us !

The lounge TV..
4 controls too many of the same channels.
Sound did not work properly the sound bar terrible remote not working had to get up all the till to Catherine volume
Different channels had really loud volume.. very frustrating
Also tv in the bedroom on different time zone..

The unit was spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing. The location was fantastic, just across from the beach and a short walk to shops and clubs. Loved the 2 car spaces for a 3-bedroom apartment.
I have an electric vehicle and I was not permitted to charge in the car space in the garage. Whilst I understand the unit was privately owned, there was a PowerPoint right next to my car in the car space but was not permitted to use it. There are no Tesla superchargers on that end of the coast and the closest paid charging point at Twin Towns did not have the correct charging plug. To charge my vehicle, I had to drive further down the coast road to another small budget motel which had 2 paid charging stations, but unfortunately, I had to wait over 2 hours for the vehicle to charge at some random destination not close to shops to pass my time. As electric vehicles are now popular, an EV charger could be considered for guests at the complex for guests with this type of vehicle.

The location, views and apartment was amazing!
After spending over $2000 dollars to stay 3 nights for our wedding week we were accused of stealing beach towels so they were not going to give us all our bond back. Only when we strongly contested this, two days later they claimed it was a cleaners mistake. When I expressed our disappointment there was no reply. Ruined the whole experience and the reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly on arrival or departure.

The property is outstanding ! Beautifully appointed in a lovely area with breathtaking sea and beach views . It was a very quiet area but then it was winter !! Staff were welcoming and very helpful .

The view, the beautiful comfy furniture, the pool, how spacious the apartment was, how close to the beach it was.
The spare bathroom window was broken (although fixed on request) and the fridge beeped continually every time you opened the door.

Very clean, comfortable beds, very well equipped, quality appliances, great view, great showers
The lighting drove us crazy; couldn't turn on and off easily and couldn't work out dimmer, very randomly got them to work. Door to bathroom didn't lock. Ceiling fan needed in media room.
