our apartment was comfy and had everything we needed. clean, view was lovely. location a little far to walk to certain places but still in a good area
The fact that the pool was ice cold no heating, the pool closed at 9pm, the spa closed at 9pm. we couldnt enjoy the facilities at all. would have been much better if it operated like other hotels in the gold coast for the amount we spent. no electronic receipts were given, Only paper which went missing after my stay and now pre authorisation has taken longer and they dont even have an electronic version to give me for my bank really backwards and disappointing, especially after enjoying our stay overall. Administrative function is too behind.

Convenient location, parking and everything was provided what you need
Nothing major but shower in one bathroom was too low, had to bend down to wash head. If it had a handheld shower then if would have been fine

Location we liked the heated pool .
Fans didnt work correctly hot at night time . Bedding no blankets through over blankets that smelt very bad, I ran out toilet paper first night. N floors were dirty to my standard but for the price It was reasonable

Where do I start,the room was filthy,the shower was gross,the windows didn't operate correctly,the blinds were dirty,old and broken,there was no internet,no free to air,no T.V.
Took 3.5hrs and still no internet or t.v,the manager guy was very apologetic but after 3.5hrs and no communication during this time other than we were told it was Foxtel fault.
However the room was not fit for purpose and when my wife said we will be leaving she was treated very rudely.
The room also was very dated knocked around with chips and scratches everywhere.
When we tried to speak to the manager afterwards we were told NO Refund witch I find disgusting and no wonder they have a no refund policy cause once you are there to bad your paying regardless.
Just an old run down disgusting apartment block that should be removed from booking.com.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy and all facilities were there ready to go.
Would have been nice to have extra blankets for the bed, as only one thin blanket was provided.
