The dirty carpet and old and dirty towels.
It hasn’t seemed a 5 star hotel.

Our room was very average. There was unfortunately mould growing on all the telephone cords behind the bedside table. The bathroom was very tired with cracked grout, tiles and a crack in the shower base. I let the reception staff know and they said oh thanks for telling us.

Big comfy bed in a quite large room with a great spa bath.
No ventilation fan in the bathroom, lipstick stain on the bedsheet

The location was in the kiddle of nowhere :-( Could not even walk to a cafe or get a coffee or visit a supermarket without driving.
The room we had was very tired, with scuffed walls, missing bathroom tiles etc
Even the pool was dated and needs touch ups. I was very disappointed.

Not much. I was really disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I paid through the roof for my accommodation and got stung on every other avenue.
I didn't like how confusing it was to find your room, how long you had to walk to get anywhere that made sense and I am a local. The staff were kind of rude and off putting if you didn't look or dress a certain way which I feel is discrimination.. if I'm paying for where i am staying with no qualms I expect to be treated the same way. I will not be staging with you ever again. The food was below average. I cook better at home.. then tou charge for a delivery price when it's from your hotel. I spent over 2000 with you in 4days and I won't ever do it again

The pool and layout is exceptional.
Overpriced, old property, no gym, no sauna, no spa, no steam, 2 overpriced restaurants and drinks way over priced. Pretending to be 5 star with 3 star facilities and staff. Needs revamp and new management. They also don’t honour bonvoy membership in restaurants. There are old staff there that need to be replaced. Their hospitality tank has run dry. There are also staff that are standout but let down by a few bad eggs.
