Wonderful
Great location in Broadbeach, handy to all the shops and restaurants. Great view from our apartment over the ocean. Apart from a drive to the Carrara Markets we did not use our car.
There was nothing that we did not like about the apartment, service provided or complex.

The location is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Good value for money property. Clean and comfortable.
Older building that is starting to look tired. Parking is underground with only 1.8m clearance.

Reception was unattended or closed most of our trip, we tried to hire a towel 4x but werent able to, when our room was cleaned they didnt change the bins, washing machine was mouldy, utensils werent washed

The location was really good, right across from the beach and very close to parks, shops and restaurants - everything within walking distance. The pool and spa were a lovely bonus, especially since we were the only ones there at the time we decided to take a dip.
There is a lot of damage to the property, especially in the bathroom that was quite off-putting and would not take much effort or time to repair. Overall, it definitely needs a freshen up but at least fixing the broken tiles, broken door knob and peeling paint is a minimum. Asking guests to do the amount of cleaning and tidying that was required of us is borderline unreasonable unless the rate of the room reflects the fact that you have to do almost everything but clean the linen yourself on exit. Additionally, the check out time should be much later if you want guests to do all that work before checking out. 10am check outs are for hotels who have their staff do a full room clean and linen wash, not for apartments where the guest has to do all the work. Also, leaving guests to wash, dry and put away all dishes is not only asking a lot (why not let us run the dishwasher and have the cleaner just put the dried dishes away?) but we absolutely did not trust the last guests to have cleaned anything properly (dirty fingerprints and grease left on dishes wasnt comforting to see) so we re-washed it all before using it anyway.

Apartment was clean and modern. Great view and facilities for a long wkd.
Duvet was a bit heavy for the warm weather but we just moved it and slept with the sheets and a throw instead.

Beds were comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff. Good size apartment.
Carpet was very stained including a clear mark of an iron burnt on the carpet. Stove top was rusted. Timber furniture was very scuffed and worn. Shower caddy was rusted. Hooks had been pulled off the back of the bathroom door. Needs a fresh paint too.

It was handy good walking distance to shops and beach. Good ocean views
Just field shower could of needed to be a bit cleaner especially the grouting. Needed a bit of exit mould.
