The staff were great. Our room had an amazing view and was very spacious. No noise issues. Light rail stop just out the back so easy to move around.

Loved everything about our stay! Spacious room with amazing views. Excellent amenities in the building including the spa, sauna, rooftop and bbq areas. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great vibe with other guests and residents very friendly when passing at the lifts or pool etc. Fantastic location for most things in GC. Right outside a tram stop. Would love to stay again!
Pool was not heated (only an issue in winter I’m sure!). Construction is ongoing in front of the building but it was not an issue for the view on our floor and our room was very soundproof.

Disappointing
The view excluding the two cranes in it.
It was dirty. Construction started at 6.15am every morning except Sunday, right next door. It was very loud so we were awake early and too noisey to sit on the balcony. It was advertised as a luxury stay and the photos do not give an honest representation of the property. There was no dinner restaurant operating which was also another reason we chose to stay there. It was definitely more a budget type of stay. I tried to tell one staff member on the desk but she didn’t care.

The room is specious and equipped. Friendly staffs, pretty sea view from the balcony. The parking lots are not many but luckily we always found one.

Our room had an amazing view of the beach. It was clean and very comfortable.
There was construction work going on so it was noisey and our view was slightly obstructed. This was disclosed on the hotel website - not on booking.com

The view of the beach and the canals were spectacular.
The housekeeping will only change the towels and clean your trash bins. They won’t make your bed nor clean the floor once you check-in the room.

Studio unit was just right for our overnight stay. Fully equipped kitchenette, comfy bed and large shower. Very close to beach and markets. Beautiful rooftop garden with bbq area and views of the beach and hinterland.
