Located just 12 minutes’ drive from the center of Surfers Paradise, this 100-hectare resort is set on a 27-hole championship golf course with driving range. Guests can choose between 5 restaurants. Opened in April 2016, children can enjoy the new water park area boasting 3 waterslides, a separate toddler's pool and various water activities. Guests at RACV Royal Pines Resort can unwind in the outdoor lagoon pool with timber decking and children’s slide. There are also 5 tennis courts, a fitness center, children’s playground and a new Day Spa. Refurbished conference facilities are also available. All rooms are spacious and include individually controlled air conditioning, flat screen TV and a mini-bar. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided. Most rooms also have a balcony. All the staff are lovely - especially at the Japanese restraunt, I spent my birthday dinner there, we were very welcomed, thanks!
The heating wasnt working in our room - we did ask reception, and they said they would have it sorted out. But nothing got fixed, we ended up having to wear heaps of layers of clothes and get into the bed, it was very uncomfortable, and we struggled to sleep. it was a bit of a let down since the past few times we have stayed there, its been amazing.

The decor is beautiful, with up to date design, artwork and colour scheme. The staff are friendly, courteous & knowledgeable.
The property is undergoing outside development and landscaping which caused a little noise in the morning.

Nice hotel, lovely staff. Had an issue with fridge in room however went down to reception and they swapped out the fridge within 20mins. Also had a variety of gluten free options and staff very helpful within restaurant. After we departed, we arrived home and realised I had left something behind, rang hotel and the hotel staff member promptly went down to lost and found while I was on hold and located my lost item. Fantastic service. Thank you.
