View room and location excellent and staff very helpful and we were able to get a lower floor room which helped with our fear of heights.
The bond fee we understand but to still have a hold on it a week after we have left is NOT acceptable.
The apartment was left in a tidy state and requirements were met.

Convenient to move around.

1) Lift upgrading caused human jams going up and down the apartment

Room was spacious and beautiful
An elevator was out of commission during our stay so we were replying on only 2 out of the 3. It made things a little difficult but Its a temporary issue and we still enjoyed our stay so I wasn’t a major factor

The apartment was huge, lots of space for everyone.
The view was fantastic though it would have been perfect if we could see more of the sea. The sandy beach and Surfers Paradise were just a short walk away. Kids had so much fun playing by the sea shore.
Appreciated the free parking too.
The areas under the couches were rather dirty and dusty. Same with the laundry area.
Only the 2 smallest hobs worked.
We paid for daily housekeeping, but they only came to make the beds and replace the towels. There was no cleaning at all until the 5th night, so the apartment only got cleaned once during our 8 nights stay.
The pillows and mattresses were too soft for me.

Lifts were being upgraded and created a lot of wait time to get in and out of the apartment

Amazing from start to finish as always. Staff on check-in were wonderful and very helpful. We left a couple of items behind, and housekeeping was excellent. They checked the room, got our items, and left them for us safely. We are so very grateful to them. Thank you Q1. We will be back in November
