Kids activities. Dusty’s Digs rooms were hotel standard. The arcade room.
Placed in hotel room with balcony overlooking pool shell with workers, noise and dust. This was changed to street view when asked reception.
Drinking out plastic cups and receptacle provided in rooms and at bar.

Had everything we needed, so much to do and friendly and accommodating staff. Absolutely loved our stay

the facilities and extra activities for the kids was amazing, meant myself and my husband could actually relax in the room or around the pool. the food options and ability to eat and drink around the pool was excellent and the price of food was reasonable
The new "Hub" area had limited access for our kids as they were too old for the kids club and would have loved to have used the basketball hoops more. The rooms were also a little noisy - could hear people out in the corridor and on the floor above us.

The breakfasts were a great start to the day, along with the daily wandering characters through the breakfast area. Photos with the kids is a great way to keep kids smiling.
It wasn't too expensive but be aware that you need to separately book and pay for various entertainment. Also it is cash free so if you bring a fist full of $50s then try deposit them ad you will need your card.

Kids loved the facilities and all of the activities
A lot of the extra paid activities were booked out already so we should have booked them beforehand if we had known. Even the little train was fully booked and the hair braiding.

The facilities for kids??? Amazing!!
We have a coeliac child and the gluten free options were really impressive!!!
We had a room in the ‘Cleo’ area and very basic and tired rooms. Definitely needs a room upgrade. Moved to the ‘Dusty’ area and rooms far more superior and more what you would expect for the price you pay!!!!

Great place for children with pools and activities/shows. Complimentary snacks, beers on arrival. They offered to swap dirty/wet towels anytime. Helpful staff
Adult area is under construction (anyway the resort is for children with parents). A little hiccup with check-in as we didn’t arrive at same time but it was resolved quickly
