Treasure Island Holiday Park offers 4 resort style swimming pools, heated spas and a tennis court. There is an on-site restaurant and a pirate themed mini golf course. Treasure Island Holiday Park is within 20 minutes’ drive of the Gold Coasts’ theme parks including Warner Bros Movie World, just 15 minutes’ drive away. It is just 50 minutes' drive south of Brisbane and 30 minutes' drive north of Gold Coast Airport. Accommodations options include self-contained villas, private townhouses and studio rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer a sofa, a private bathroom and a refrigerator. Some room types have a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a flat-screen TV. Some overlook the park pools and Biggera Creek. The younger guests will love the giant jumping pillow, kids' activities and outdoor cinema. The on-site Galleons Bistro is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Absolutely great for safari tent clamping style accommodation. Loved that we had our own nice ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle aircon and a very comfortable bed. Suited our requirements really well for this short trip. It was also nice being on the creek side since the park is pretty much in the middle of busy suburbia.
Even though it had the capacity to sleep 4 (or 5 including the futon), the one room nature of the safari tent would be challenging to manage for some groups/families. The real benefit and value proposition of this park is in all the activities for kids. At nearly $300 per night it wasn't cheap..and canvas walls don't buffer park or traffic noise very well.

Loved the environment of the place! Such a family orientated set up! Also loved the shack where we could dine in to eat every night for dinner. Was a warm feeling meeting with family for dinner there, after being out shopping at harbour town for the day. The facilities and staff were of top tier. Friendly. And approachable. Loved the location as it is central to Surfers Paradise, grocery stores, Harbour town & theme parks. Cannot wait for our return. Until then. Really miss this place.

The facilities were perfect for children. Lots to keep them occupied. Close to shops and not too far away from surfers.
Our villa did not have a plug. that fitted securely in our sink. We had to put the dish cloth in the sink hole then put the plug in so the water wouldn't seep out. The sky remote buttons were hard to use. We had to push really hard to make the remote work.

This resort has everything, spa, pool, tennis court, kids activities etc. You name it, they've got it! And to top it off, the team is super friendly. My family and I had an amazing time, our only regret is not staying longer. We'll be sure to visit again!!

We have been to the property before with our caravan and decided to try the Safari Tent.
Another set of blankets could have been placed on the beds as the tents get cold at night. Fortunately I brought a blanket from home just in case and I’m glad I did. The heat lamps in the bathroom need to be replaced.

Facilities at the resort.
The family studio wasn’t clean, very dusty, dirty bathroom. It was very noisy. I think it would have been better if we booked one of the stand alone cabins.
