Loved the location. The apartment was lovely and big. Everything we needed was supplied. We were on the first floor and our balcony had a lovely view of the pool and river.
It was clean, but the skirting boards and window frames needed a good dusting. I went over them with wet paper towels. The only issue was with the noise on the Friday night. We had a walkway right next to our unit down to the river and the noise from people out late at night kept us awake especially on the Friday night Saturday night wasn't too bad and Sunday night was fine. Maybe sound proof windows would be good.

I loved the apartment and the location except for the tight carpark and the noise level from the traffic. The reception received from your Manager (I understand she was the Manager) when we arrived wasn't very welcoming. It appeared we interrupted her on a personal call. We arrived early and she told me the room wasn't ready and in a rude tone told me I couldn't park outside the front door. All she had to do was explain. We were only there to enquire about checking in. As it was, we had only left the accomm. a short time then received a msge to say the apartment was ready.
There was a lot of dust in the apartment; in the cane drawers, the wardrobes (my husbands suitcase was inside the wardrobe longways and when he got it out to pack the bottom was covered in dust. There were crumbs in the grooves of the couch and rubbish and dust behind it as well.

Location was great and the manager also arranged for an extra carpark space for us. Exceptional customer service.
Would have been great if there was a gym. Also we had two apartments on two different floors which was going between apartments on the elevator.

Disappointing
The location
Customer service was quite poor and we had to buy our own bathroom stuff as well. The appartment was nice itself however it was quite dirty.

Fair
Size of the place. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms, each with their own balcony that connects to the living area. Bedrooms on either side of the living area, not next to each other. View was nice. Pool looked good, but we didn't have enough time to visit. If visiting surfers, it's a good location. You're easy walking distance to everything surfers, but not in the middle of the chaos that can be surfers paradise.
Stove and oven in the kitchen didn't work. When we ran into tenants of the building, it seemed that this was a known issue that others who previously stayed had commented on. Main reason for choosing an apartment over a hotel is for the kitchen. But if you can't use the appliances in that kitchen, you end up getting a hotel room. For that price, we would have chosen a much nicer hotel to stay in. Place wasn't cleaned properly. Whole place needs a good disinfect/exit bond clean. Not covid safe. Left with a sore throat. Dust on fans, cupboards, floor not clean, even couches had sand on them when we arrived. When I pulled out a spare pillow from the cupboard, one side had a big patch of chunky dust on it from the cupboard.

The apartment was nice and tidy. It had a beautiful view from the river. The location was great, in the middle of everything.
The experience wasn't really good in our arrival as the staff member was really bad and not helpful at all, they didn't have the option to use the digital payment from the phone, and I didn't have my physical credit card to pay the bond of 200$ (the room was already paid in advance), I told her the cash option as a payment, she refused at first instance. I was really upset because she told us that she would cancel that room at 8 pm when we arrived tired of driving from Sydney. We discussed again, and after some of my arguments, she told us to wait and throw the door at our faces, making us feel really uncomfortable and disrespectful. Followed by a couple of minutes, she accepted to us pay in cash. After we paid, she did throw the door at our face again, upset. Important to consider that the hotel never advised that they didn't have the service of NFC payment and that we need to bring our physical credit card. it was a bad customer service from her end. However, the next day, she apologised to us, and we had a nice holiday in Gold Coast.

Unfortunately on the Friday & Saturday nights, the space on the river right next to the hotel was inundated with drunk noisy teens until about 4am. Not nice or pretty. Unfortunately for this reason, we wont be staying here again.

Wonderful
The room had all the amenities needed for the family. It was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a fantastic very. The kids loved having a pool to relax in after a day exploring. Very thing was very neat and tidy and the staff were fantastic.
The only downside was how much you could hear the nightlife Friday and Saturday night but the is apartment living in the city so cant really be avoided. It didnt bother the kids. They slept through it all

Central location, walking distance to the beach
The laundry had a very bad odour, a couple of dishes were cracked. Very noisy street.
The room was comfortable, the bathrooms were very outdated though.
Our flight was later in the day so we would have liked to use the pool at least till later, however the reception staff was not very understanding. Any other places we stayed in the past had no issues in this regard. I hope you can reassess this and reach some positive outcome.
