We love the location of this hotel
We were really disappointed to find we had no sun at all on our balcony and the view was obscured by another hotel that was very close to our room. We have stayed here before and always had a lovely view.

Loved the facilities. Pool, spa,gym, and wellness area were good. Car parking was easy to access.
The studio apartment was comfortable, but a little small.
Daily cleaning was good, but not all areas of the bathroom were properly cleaned.

Apartment was dirty when we checked in, fridge didn’t work, general supplies weren’t there at check in and phones weren’t answered when we rung to complain

A good location, spacious room.
The room was advertised with a view, it was on the ground floor facing the back of the hotel and other buildings, looking into a gym. You could see a glimpse of the water from the balcony.

Our room was spacious and the balconies were a delight. We loved the view from all the doors and windows. The indoor pool and spa were clean and enjoyable.
Some of the 'way out' signs in the carpark were difficult to spot and we were confused at times about how to get out.
