The main room with the spa and the view
How stressful it was trying to pick up the keys, when we couldn't find how to get to our room we couldn't get in contact with anyone but they sure able to constantly call when they are after you. The kids room had a broken bed and rooms has broken lamps, the kitchen had broken dishwasher racks a broken coffee filter jug and there were dead insects in the main room, being in a high rise we had a key to dead lock the doors but some wouldn't lock at all and had no other way to dead bolt the doors for my childrens safety.

Wonderful
Its perfect location to enjoy the modern life in surfers paradise. Everything you need just in the walking distance, and open till late. And the view from the room is just amazing
Staff are nice and helpful.
The lift is busy and needs long waiting time.

Location that was it, everything else was so bad!
Before we booked we saw that towels, linen, toiletries were provided. When we walked into the apartment it had no Bed sheets in any of the 3 bedrooms, no sheets or blankets in the main bedroom. We had to then drive back home and provide our own. No towels at all were provided, both the bathroom bins were full of the previous tenants rubbish. In the Fridge we found a half eaten opened can of tuna. Washed Dishes was left on top of the counter bench which we had to put away ourselves. Vacuum does not work properly and has poor suction. Windows were dirty and not cleaned. Last but not least the apartment did not look like the photos that were provided on the advertisement to begin with so that was false advertising. My 9year old son accidentally lost the key and dropped it in the couch in the apartment and was emailed a $200 fee would be taken out. Save your money and dont book elsewhere.

Main Bathroom is so tight and dated. Door hook in Bathroom broken. I booked for 6 and was supplied 4 bath towels so I had to chase it with staff who weren't friendly. I asked for a rollout bed that I was happy to pay extra for but was rejected
Just not great customer service overall. Not value for money at all and very dated

stunning location and resort facilities, beautiful apartment in need of some tlc.
Apartment needs some work. Broken tap, cracked sink, ice dispenser doesn't work, Couch & pillows very dirty, needs fresh paint, spring clean

The location was just perfect!
Enough space for everyone and extra beds were available as an option in case of need to change.
The balacony is just a place to put your head and go in deeb sleep anytime
Holiday holiday staff were great, and patience
- The holiday park office location was confusing after 10 hours of driving to a place you had never been. it's not easy to navigate around. ( suggestion : I'd have prefered to see someone at the hotel waiting for me and take me to the location or collect my stuff and get the paperwork ready for me to sign at the hotel ).
- The bed was not cleaned at all. i have found fake lashes laying around underneth the cover.
- As iam on holiday, i dont have time to wash the towels, so I would have prefered to have two sets of towels (but lucky i brought some with me ).
- Not enough cleaning products (Dishwashing liqued , washing machine capsuls , washing machine powder , Oil , salt and paper.

A fair bit of damage to the apartment, doorknobs falling off and taps falling off.

What I liked the best was upon my arrival I was met by the wonderful lady named Shelyn. She made me feel so welcome and helped me settle into my apartment and after a long all nigh trip from Singapore it was just the best welcome I could of ever expected. thank you Shelyn
