The pools were really clean and tidy. . . The gardens and BBQ areas were really very good. The gardens were peacefull. The beach access was great. The location was close to public transport and the shops and cafes.
The bed was quite comfortable. The unit was clean and tidy.
The unit we were in (unit 1)was really showing its age. . . .the cabinetry was quite worn. . . The dining table was marked. . . This unit really needs an update.
The cutlery was mismatched, the glassware was also mismatched, as was the crockery. The cooking utensils were old and dated, as were the saucepans and frypan. . . . In this day and age, there really is no reason for this. If we had of payed full price we would have been disappointed with the mismatching items.

Lovely pool area, great location and very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable.
The room itself was in need of an update. It was quite basic, the decor was basic and bland and the kitchen was not very well equipped.

The location and pool.
Apartment wasn't fully cleaned. No lift and on 3rd floor up. Attention to detail not there as my beds sheet were not tucked in properly. Found random kids toys around the place under objects.

The pool was fantastic, location, and grounds, would definitely book again
The bathroom/ bedroom was looking a bit tired and could do with a revamp replacing old cupboards etc otherwise great value for money, loved it.

Loved the heated pool (On other occasions when we have stayed at a different venue we have found the pool unusable due to lack of heated water) Very pleased to borrow a wheelchair from reception due to an accident days before arriving. Very happy to hire surf board, boogie board and towels from reception.
The big couch in the family room needs replacing. Not supportive.
