Location is really good apparent was clean and comfortable.
Pool indoors isnt heated its pretty cold. Main pool was and kids pool was empty (no water) towards the end of our stay also.

Location is great. The external look of the building is nice. But the apartment and the service is very average
There is no reception, so just getting your key and finding parking was a mission and took very long. The inside of the units had many issues including main bedroom and ensuite doors would not lock. The sofa bed was damaged and could not be used. We asked these to be fixed urgently, as these were matters that affected the actual proper use of the apartment. I reported the matter on Sunday morning and asked for it to be fixed on same day. But they said it wouldnt be fixed until Monday or Tuesday. We checked out on Tuesday and no attempt was made to fix. Such poor service. These were pre existing issues and it was disappointing that the most basic things werent even being fixed. I was also questioned if the sofa issue was pre-existing, why was it reported after 3 days. My response was You may want to ask before you ask why we only reported after 3 nights. The rest of the family only flew in last night, so last night was the first time the sofa bed was used. They dont listen to issues with the apartment, they obviously dont check themselves and do any form of fixing issues, but is rude enough to imply that we have caused the issue. Other obvious issues including paint peeling off ensuite shower ceiling. Carpet coming off edge infront of main sliding door. We also booked for our friends unit that stayed at the same time and they reported other issues included a main bedroom sliding door couldnt be closed properly and made a whistling sound all night and every night, obviously making it difficult to sleep. No bed sheets with the sofa, small bedroom mattress was so soft, it was an uncomfortable sleep for the kids. The bathroom shower head came off. I kept getting messages each day if they can be of any assistance. But this was just talk, they were willing to do nothing and they didnt respond to most of my messages. So disappointing for the apartments connected to Hilton. The apartments are in poor condition.

The view was amazing, and very close to everything.
The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on, defiently needs an upgrade.

There were no complimentary tea or coffee and we got locked put our room because the door lock wasnt working and we called the front desk to fix the issue and didnt get back to us till the next morning
