Convenient to me as i could walk to the Gold Coast Airport to cash an early morning flight
Due to work in progress men & women were sharing bathroom and toilet .. but it was acceptable.

Location was great to get to the airport early the next morning.
Due to where it is, lots of plane noise, but also screaming children too. Also was very bright external lights the whole time. Made it hard to get to sleep

It's near to airport, eventhough I have a 6am flight, I can just carry my luggage and walk to airport in about 10 - 15mins.
Noisy, as it is so close to the airport.

The kitchen is equipped with old and dirty utensils. It appears whitewash of stay has not been done for many years.

Staff is good and helpful.
I've been in more than 10 hostels in Australia and the matress in this YHA are the worst of every of them. Rest of facilities are good but the bed is definitely not comfortable.

Nice and spacious bedroom, amazing and helpful staff.
Is a little far away from the city but its near to the airport so there is many options of public transport.
