Location was fabulous and views from hotel were amazing
The apartment was rather shabby and the furniture was old and in some cases broken. I accept that was a budget room but wasn't much cheaper than another fabulous hotel we stayed at in a Sunshine Coast resort

So disappointed. No TV for 24 hours because there was no one to fix it. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms not working. Jackhammering in building on second day with no warning and we had to leave the building even though we came to rest. It had a musty smell. Very pricey and no more than a 3 star!

The view from our room was amazing (16C). The vest view on the beach and across to surfers. Its a short walk to the beach, shops and the heads. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything needed. The ladies at reception were very helpful, they even managed to find me a beach umbrella to borrow

The location was great and the facilities are well kept.
The lack of notification regarding road works outside our window until early hours in the morning through the week. Window coverings let in too much street light as well as lights from the construction site next door. The room we booked was supposed to be a superior room (meaning renovated according to front desk) ours was not renovated and didnt be match the photos. Certain parts of the room were quite dirty. The tiled floors were filthy as well as dirty crockery.

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to beach and shops and a great view of the water from our apartment
The apartment had a grimy kitchen. The benches were sticky and some of the dishes were dirty. There was also not enough soap or cleaning products for the duration of our stay.

The location was perfect and the partial view we had was very good. The apartment was very comfortable.
The ensuite was a little small. The entrance when coming by car was tricky and easy to miss. The numbering on the car parks leave something to be desired.
