Fantastic location and beach view. Pool/ spas were great.
Apartment was full of dust, fridges cupboards and ceilings. Showers leaked. Kitchen and appliances needed updating from the late 70s early 80s. Tv wasnt able to be used for Netflix and internet apps.

The location was great.
Paris was a great staff member as well as one of the maintenance guys. Couldn't say much about any other staff members. The 1st room we were placed in was disgusting smelly and dirty. Both my daughter and myself our asthma flaired up from the dirty and filthy carpets and couches. I complained the next day and Paris moved us to another room.that was an improvement. The complex needs some work and TLC

Work being done next door. Hammering starting at 9am each morning. We were not informed of any maintenance.

Location!!! Loved being on the 30th floor, great tennis court, incredible views.
Issues with the wifi breakfree were aware of but they asked us to call the internet company and sort it.

Our two bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. Its in a perfect location between beach and tram. Walking distance to Surfers Paradise and balcony view of beach. Our family had a wonderful stay and our host was very welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful
spectacular view from our balcony property backed onto the tram stop heated indoor pool and spa lifts travelled at a good speed
wifi was a little slow and eratic we lost the sun early in the day because of situation of the apartment
