Awesome location right on the beach, handy 20 min walk to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise shops/ restaurants apartment was spacious with lovely views
Our coffee table collapsed on us and there were other repairs needed to door stoppers in toilets and the pull down roller in kitchen cupboard and the heatpump in master bedroom did not work.

Beautiful apartment, stunning views, excellent location. Access to the beach is great, and the spa was a hit with the girls.
Nothing negative to say except we had one parking space but 2 small families travelled to share the apartment

The view of the beach was great and the sliding glass doors gave good sound insulation from the roar of the waves when it was closed. It was quick and easy to access to the beach and walkway, and it felt like there was plenty of space inside. We did find it just too long to walk easily to the shops and restaurants though. We were not bothered by any noise from other residents.
The TV in the main bedroom didn't work and wasn't connected anyway - a good indication it was broken. We spent a while trying to connect it and get it to work, but realised it was a dud. On day one I opened the sandwich toaster to make lunch - it was full of old food, crumbs and melted cheese. The spatula I picked out was filthy, I had to clean that too, and then when I picked out the frying pan to use, it also was filthy and I had to wash that. There was no counter cleaner, so we had to keep using the dishwashing liquid to clean the countertops and dinner table. I also had to buy some hand wash for the kitchen as none was provided. In the main bedroom there was a brown throw, one end was totally beached white, it was placed wrongside up, when I used it at night time I saw the whole of the underside (which is the right side) had huge thick bleached stripes and rectangular shapes. It really was quite disgusting to look at. There were no face towels for use in the bathroom (luckily I had packed my own). Hand soap, body wash, and conditioner but no shampoo provided in the main bathroom. One large couch (which was so worn we put a blanket over it) and 2 chairs - one with a large oily stain on the seat (we put a towel over that) because no one wanted to it on that seat. There was a hole in the main bedroom wall where a since removed door stopper had at one point gone through the plasterboard. Only there for 4 days but only enough coffee and sugar for 2 days. We went to the viewing area on the rooftop - I sat on one of the wooden chairs and it gave a loud crack, the seat fell backwards a bit like it about to break (I'm not overweight) - so I jumped out of it straight away. Expected a lot more for just under $600 a night.

Location was great! Beautiful views of the beach. Close to lovely restaurants, cafes etc. staff were wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully furnished.
Would be good if there were some basic items in the pantry, oil, salt & pepper, paper towels etc. Also some updated kitchen utensils such as tongs, fry pans etc. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

The ocean view was stunning! well-designed rooms, spacious rooms ,full equipped kitchen and balcony atmosphere over looked to beach met all our requirements during our stay in this property.The BBQ in the roof was fantastic and so tidy to spend fun hours with family for a lovely meal!The staff was really nice while we picked up the key in the reception.This accomodation is highly recommended to everyone who wants chillax on holiday in Gold Coast.

My Favourite place to stay i have been in different rooms the last room we stayed in on level 2 (cant remember what number) was defiently the oldest style rooms for the money we payed over 400 a night i would expect more upgrades done on this room, some rooms are exceptionally renovated and your paying the same price for a non renovated pretty average room.
